Announcement

Dear Community, 

On behalf of the Charlottesville Dogwood Foundation we are writing to inform our community of supporters of the status of our hosting and financial support towards 2023 Dogwood Festival activities for county pageant representatives. 

The Charlottesville Dogwood Foundation, a non-profit organization, has decided to discontinue Dogwood Festival activities designed for county pageant representatives and the financial support of hosting related activities. We will not be hosting festival days in 2023 with an invitation extended to County Pageant Representatives.This decision is being made after a reflection of our mission statement and the promotion of these missions towards the community which our foundation supports. 

It is with great pleasure that we have had the opportunity to work closely with county pageants and the young women who have represented over the years. We are thankful for such strong community support of the Dogwood Festival and the Charlottesville Dogwood Foundation as we have provided years of support and opportunities. We look forward to your continued support and enthusiasm for our Foundation as we move forward in continued and enhanced community service as we work towards fulfilling our missions. 

Please stay tuned for information and date releases for community events hosted and service acts by the Charlottesville Dogwood Foundation.
